For applications that always maintain a connection through a keep alive (e.g. "iq" message), we determined that sending a presence of "Unavailable" during the initial connection or for any app state change allowed the WhatsApp notifications to be received on other devices. Initially, we were sending a presence of "Available" during initialization and used with a keep alive, this had prevented WhatsApp notifications from being sent to other devices. This had also showed the whatsmeow paired user as active online even if the user was not active online. |

We are seeing that push notifications are no longer being sent to other devices after a user pairs with the whatsmeow app. Is there any configuration/registration/response or other whatsmeow library API that we could use upon pairing to have our whatsmeow app act as a passive consumer/secondary device of the WhatsApp messages so that the other devices receive the push notifications?
We would like to always be connected and receive messages in real time. We do not want to send presence or implement any configuration that is even a low risk of triggering an audit or ban from WhatsApp.
