Full screen icon pulse since 11.2 #475

Give us a clear and concise description of the problem, and what you expect to happen
For myself and a few others, since 11.2 there is a random, full screen icon pulse. Almost every time it is a dungeon teleport (for myself its usually the ara-kara or dawnbreaker icons). After testing with different addon combinations we believe its caused by the omnicc addon. Usually, this happens when a group-wide battle res becomes available. For myself this only happens on classes that have a battle res but for others this can happen on any class.

This occurs without weakauras enabled, without elv, and it seems to be purely omnicc thats causing this.
Do you have any steps to reproduce this issue?
Unfortunately it seems sort of random, however it does seem to most often proc when in combat, maybe with a dungeon teleport on cooldown, and as a group-wide res comes off cooldown

No errors reported in bugsack
What version of OmniCC are you running?
latest, and has been occurring since the start of 11.2. I update addons before beginning almost every play session
What version of World of Warcraft are you on?
11.2.0.63003
