Feature Request: Hide Blizzard Out of Range Circle

Would it be possible to add an option to hide the Default Blizzard circle in the top-right of each action button that's out of range? I ask this because I have an addon that changes fonts for the entire game but turns this dot into an unsightly rectangle.

With tullaRange redding out the entire icon, the dot and thus rectangle are not necessary.

Apologies for the delay in responding - The reason I don't hide the range indicator can help indicate when an ability is out of range, even when out of mana (when an icon would normally be colored blue).
