Difference in generated meshes

Hi, I'm using examples/mesh/Build_Mesh.ipynb to generate a mesh with a moving sphere. However, instead of getting the filled rectangular mesh shown in the example, I'm seeing a triangular mesh. Is this due to a version difference, or is there a way to configure it to match the example's appearance?
