[Editor Actions Plugin]: Add new line above doesn't work in Java files

I use this plugin Editor Actions in Apache NetBeans 10. It works quite well, adding lines above and below. But when I try to use it inside a Java file, only "adding new line below" is working, not above. I had a look into the code, maybe java handles the caret position in a different way?
