Downloads on website out of date?

Hi! Over on the ANTLRWorks2 web site at http://tunnelvisionlabs.com/products/demo/antlrworks, the download link is for version 2.1, which is a few years old. Is that the version regular users should be using? I see several new Releases on this GitHub repo, but they only have source code downloads. Are there more recent binary/application builds available for download?
