Wrong time zone in messages #7
Description
The messages in Markmail, and returned from the Python API, are in America/Los_Angeles time.
The server running the bot is in UTC.
The Markmail API also returns Today, Yesterday, and n days ago, as the date. Even though the API is handling that, it needs further work to properly convert it to UTC.
