[Feature Request] Add GNU 'screen' to BMC build

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It would be really useful to have GNU screen installed on the BMC, so that the BMC can be used as a (non-serial) bastion-host/jump-server for the cluster.

Please consider packaging and installing by default GNU screen and its dependencies.

Describe alternatives you've considered

tmux or any other alternative would also work if they're more smaller/leaner or otherwise more suitable for an embedded system.
