Refer data visualisations

This is a request from Cologne: I want to link apps, visualisations and samples to a Wabe.

1. The edit dialog must be extended by a list of external links
2. The back of the Wabe must improved by

• an extra button for samples
• or the eye-icon opens a contextual menu with the dataset link plus all links to the samples
