Jazzy keyboard teleop needs to remap topic:

ros2 run teleop_twist_keyboard teleop_twist_keyboard --ros-args --remap cmd_vel:=cmd_vel_stamped -p stamped:=true

Motivation and impact

Robot will work out of the box without frustration.
