The severity level for this issue is 1 but its severity is set to warn instead of error

• dbt version (e.g. 1.7):
• dbt type (e.g. dbt cloud or dbt CLI):
• Data warehouse (e.g. Snowflake):

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
run the tuva project on a claims source with at least 1 occurrence of >1 person ID per claim ID

Expected behavior
This is expected to error and stop pipeline run.
