Add CircleCI and Travis support for FOSS projects

I know you planned on Jenkins, but public/FOSS repos are already using either CircleCI or Travis.

@spacemonkey True. I was thinking of going for Jenkins since its free and open source for both Open Source and Commercial projects while both CircleCI & Travis is not. I will do one thing. I will add both Travis and Jenkins support in the next release if you guys prefer it.
