How to rewrite floating label from tailwind to twind?

Hi,
I want make floating label (flowbite) to twind:

but in twind its not working... but I found this in documentaion:

How I can use this?

It'd probably help if you could narrow down your example and be a bit more specific. You have 40-odd classes there, "its not working" isn't much to go on.
