Importing phone numbers

Have imported data from my contacts into Twenty but I have a problem with the phone numbers.
When importing the phone number column must only contain digits (makes sense). So I've formated my numbers as 61xxxxxxxxx (being for Australia) however it then applies +1 country code (US) to everything in Twenty ie +1 61xxxxxxxxx. How can I import the numbers so they have the correct country code?

@craigfeuerherdt did you try changing the default country in the data model? I think that could help in your case!

Hi @craigfeuerherdt, you have two solutions :

• as shown by Felix, setting up the default country code in the Data model, before importing.
• adding a "Primary Phone Country Code" column (or "Primary Phone Calling Code" column) when importing - if you need to specify the code per record.
