Complex Views filtering fields from different Objects

Hi is it possible to make filters in fields from objects that have relationship between them?

As example you have a field in Companies that is name Regions with values Europe ,USA, ASIA..... and you want to filter all your People with connection to Companies that are in Europe only.

Currently in people you can just go and select one by one companies not to filter based on fields inside the record.
