Update to anniversary version

Update the SDK to the anniversary version of the game. This involves both updating the use of original game assets that are modified by the installer and applying the same updates the game has received.

Code changes need to be merged in by merging in the updated SDK into Half-Life Updated first, and then merging it into this SDK. Note that the updated SDK has not been released yet and there is no release date for it. Until Valve releases it that work cannot be completed.
