API Error When using the MCP

Why the MCP seems to be connected, when I submit any claude code query I get this error:

Tried to isolate the issue and this is solved only when I'm not using the twilio MCP

Using claude code 2.0.10 and tried configuring it both with the npx package and teh git clone
