Error Toast messages bug

Hello, Paste guideline states that error toast messages should never automatically time out. However, this experience is buggy when implemented:

• Same error messages stack when the incorrect action is repeated and need to be manually closed
• Error message is not automatically dismissed after the action is completed successfully
