This should not be merged into master until the SDK is released or instead merge it into a feature branch. We don't want to merge this into master yet because our SDK with WebRTC138 has not been released yet and is not being used by the quickstart.

Added proguard rule to fix crash caused by "java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.jni_zero.JniInit"
