Support `type` syntax from python3.12

It appears that on the latest version `24.11.1` the new "type alias" syntax `type foo = bar` [introduced in Python3.12](https://docs.python.org/3/library/typing.html#typing.TypeAliasType) is being ignored. The logs also doesn't show anything (even with `-v` option). 

sample use case:
```python
type MyVec[T] = list[T]
"""This simply binds MyVec -> list"""
```
