Recent X Rule violation timeline unknown and hidden

Anytime I try to sign up for Community Notes I get a thing saying that I have recently violated the policy.
The thing is, the violation was more than 6 months ago.
X/Twitter themselves have not implemented a way to request to specify to anybody how recent is considered "recent". My violation was June 22nd, 2025, half a year.

How recent is considered recent to Twitter?
