Add support for storing userscript settings

Future features may be optional or expose user configurable options. Add logic to save these settings via local storage or via the GreaseMonkey API.

To start, we can let users edit these values manually, but we can also consider injecting a section into the Strava settings page so that users can manage these options in a more streamlined way.
