Add custom query params to save state between page visits

Create a more native experience for users by saving state between page reloads. We can do this by:

• adding custom query parameters for script state like sort column, sort direction, and selected gender
• pushing these values to the history stack when they change
• loading these values from the page URL when the script first runs to restore state
