New entry lost with iOS Safari and iOS DuckDuckGo browsers

Hello.

When I add a new entry in iOS in a browser, it is displayed as "proposed" in the app. It works if we apply in the same time. But when I come back the entry has disappeared. (It's not the case for all new entries).

When I add a new entry from a desktop browser, Firefox on Mac OS, and if I choose to edit in the same desktop Browser it works, I have a message to confirm the entry on the app and it's not lost.

Result:
Proposed Entry but lost after

Expected result:
To have the new entry not only in "Proposed" but really saved.
