Does chezmoi init --apply Run Post Hooks?

I noticed that running chezmoi init --apply username does not run the post hooks.

However, running chezmoi init followed by chezmoi apply does.

Is that the intended behavior?

If yes, is it possible to make the post hooks run when using init --apply?

Thanks for spotting this. You're right that init --apply should run apply's pre and post hooks. I'll create a PR to fix this.
