Add automatic proposal of disks to use #102
Description
When new users start Ploto the first time, they are often overwhelmed how to configure their disks. Therefore the Install-ploto.ps1 script shall have a function, that queries all phsyical disks and proposes to set them up as either temp, t2 or Outdrives based on selected Plotter.
