Error processing insertion #182
Description
Running the tests results in six Error processing insertion errors, see:
https://travis-ci.org/typetools/annotation-tools/jobs/436614360#L2490
These errors don't seem to stop the build.
It would be nice to fix the causes of these or clean up the test suite.
