mise run previewでスクリプト記述のページからcalcや剰余のページに移動できることを確認しました。

別PRでの対応になるかもしれませんが、剰余の方の#functions-rem-euclid部分が効いていない状況です。

理由としては、ページ右の目次部分から推測するに#functionsはありますが、それよりも細かいセクションリンクがそもそも無いように思えます。

groups.ymlで管理されているページのみルートパスの末尾のスラッシュが欠けていたため、他の箇所に合わせてスラッシュを追加しました。現在の本家リポジトリでは修正済みです1。
