This is a very nice typeface with three different variants: Reforma 1918 (serif), 1969 (semi-serif), 2018 (essentially sans-serif)

Especially the semi-serif variant fills a niche that not that many fonts do. One example is https://mbtype.com/fonts/heliotrope/, but that is a (quite expensive) commercial font.

Reforma is licensed as CC-BY-ND, which should presumably not be an issue for inclusion in the web app.
