Reproduce the result of Sigmoid showed in paper

I met a problem when I tried to reproduce the sigmoid result showed in table 1
(Sigmoid random 12 16.5 0.0 13.1 27.3 17.2)
I don't know what is the test score threshold of this result

We set the threshold to 1e-4 in all experiments.
