Verify that you haven't disabled cosmetic filtering for the site. Anyway, this should work:

Cosmetic filtering is not disabled. I just added the filter to My Filters and refreshed the page and I still see the ad emails, unfortunately. |

On PC/iMac/MacBook you can test my suggestions:
As well as you don't already have any advertising preferences for the outlook/hotmail account (#15953 (comment)) then we rather need a demo account to see how much MS has changed the site design of this part of the users. |
