Support for AdGuard Report Tool

Hello! Currently, language-specific filter issues are directed to the relevant GitHub source, or the relevant people are tagged. However, there are multiple filter lists for AdGuard in the uBO. Therefore, I think that supporting the existing third-party AdGuard reporting tool (With autofill included) could directly simplify the reporting process for both AdGuard-related and AdGuard language-specific issues.

Might cause mis-reporting as few people can correctly judge where to report. International => EL or here uAssets even if the page is shown with your language. Regional but a common anti-adb plugin => report here; if reported to AG, uBO may possibly lose a valuable report.

I see, Would it be possible for uBO to receive a notification (optionally) when a report is submitted to AdGuard GitHub, provided that the report contains a uBO label? Or by manually filtering the uBO label in the AdGuard filter section? 🤔

IDK, at least don't think GH offers such a function.
