Description

So, I was using Solarmovie on Microsoft edge and it was working fine until it wasnt. Now, it doesnt allow me to play a video and I am sure it is a Ublock problem since the moment I disable it, it works fine. But I want to watch without all the popups so I cant really disable it. What to do?

Also unable to reproduce with Chromium 134 and uBO 1.62.0 with default settings/lists.

You are using a 2 years old version of Edge, this could be your issue. See if you suffer the same issue in a more up to date version of Edge.

@mapx- I havent really made any changes to ublock origin. I am using the default settings only. I disabled the edge tracking prevention like you said and the video now plays but it buffers and hangs like the video is slower than the audio.

@stephenhawk8054 I use windows 8.1 and there are no more edge updates in it. Also it was working fine till day before yesterday and then it just stopped working out of nowhere.

Websites update codes everyday. "It was working fine yesterday" has never been a guarantee of it will work tomorrow in any issues. Don't rely on that.

Since we cannot reproduce the issue, you'll need to wait for anyone who's using the same system as yours, able to reproduce the issue and able to investigate what's wrong.

I'll convert this to discussion.
