Can I report trackers that Easylist missed here?

Easyprivacy misses quite a lot of email tracking pixels.
I used to report issues in the Easylist repository, but recently Easylist has been slow to process issues, and issues often remain open for long periods of time.
The AdGuard Tracking Protection list responds to issues quickly, but it was recently removed from the uBlock default list.

Originally, I believe uBlock Privacy Filter was intended to complement Easyprivacy, but given the current state of Easyprivacy, would it be acceptable to open an issue directly in this repository?

Sorry - I did mean just for domains, not just pixels. I apologise for being unclear.
