I think it's because of the 2nd : at the same line. In yaml format, it's better to not include the 2nd :, or it could cause unexpected error. I experienced this issue once with the templates.

Hmm... I'm not really sure, it might depend on how github parses it. Previously I just removed the 2nd : in the templates to avoid the issue.

But yeah, looks like quoting should work.
