How to subscribe to Resource Abuse list?

I mean https://github.com/uBlockOrigin/uAssets/blob/master/filters/resource-abuse.txt

Now I am using direct RAW github subscription but this seems to be bad idea

it's automatically included in privacy list

see in privacy list:

!#include syntax means including the list, not commented out.
