Trackparam filter is not working.

For some reason I don't know, the TrackParam filter in uBo stopped working.
The filter works as expected with AdGuard.
The problem seems specific to uBo.

Brave browser 1.85.118
Brave Shields are inactive, only uBo is installed.

@Yuki2718 In the meantime, I think a separate section for uBO in AG list using to= as alternatives to dentallow issue is good? I don't know how long AG compilers team would address the issue.

That'll be a big change and will double workload for subsequent changes, not something I can decide within my rights.
