Which Performs Better — uBlock Origin or uBlock Origin Lite

My browser supports both uBlock Origin and uBlock Origin Lite. At the moment, both of them fully meet my needs, and I also use some custom filter rules.

If I only consider performance and efficiency, which one would you recommend?
