Currently, it is not possible to use the plugin to customize rules or remove elements; clicking on these options will cause the page to go black.

I don't have an iPhone, so it's not possible for me to test and thus can't publish on iPhone.

Apparently they've been on the list for a month¹, so MS decided for you (In the sense that the user does not have to manually load CRX/ZIP).

They probably won't disappear quickly without writing to the support department again, when the panel for PC and Android does not have the option to exclude iOS added yet (their department probably didn't test enough what add-ons they allowed).

Basically, if they use the chromium file, they are harming users at their own request and it is probably not worth checking whether the iPad will allow you reproduction the damaged zapper and picker (if the browser spits out any logs on a PC or Mac Mini), apparently they couldn't wait until they finished the transition from WebKit to Blink.
