Make UBO compatible Manifest V3 using a trick like this ?

I am not an expert but i have see this guy using a trick who potentially can allow blocking by bypassing manifest V3 limitation :

Could a solution like this make UBO compatible with V3 browsers in the future ?

Even if this had been not patched, uBO is designed as a memory-resident extension. Using a few tricks to convert it to MV3 without grand rewrite is not the correct approach, it won't be efficient or reliable. uBO Lite was rewritten from the ground up to be efficient and reliable in an MV3 environment where it is assumed it's not permanently loaded in memory.
