Fix shortcut copy for disable uBlock origin

• The issue is not present after disabling uBO in the browser.
• I checked the documentation to understand that the issue I am reporting is not normal behavior.

I tried to reproduce the issue when...

• uBO is the only extension.
• uBO uses default lists and settings.
• using a new, unmodified browser profile.

Description

Just a copy change when the OS is not Linux/Windows to make it consistent with the actual behaviour.
Mac OS should read:
"Cmd+click to disable uBlock® only on this page."
Instead of:
"Ctrl+click to disable uBlock® only on this page."

A specific URL where the issue occurs.

Steps to Reproduce

Prerequisite: from Mac OS

Reproduce:

1. Click on the uBlock origin extension to bring the menu
2. Hover on the icon to disable uBlock for the present site
3. Observe the help title

Expected behavior

The copy should be consistent with the actual shortcut: "Cmd+click" and not "Ctrl+click"

Actual behavior

The copy displays a shortcut that does nothing on Mac OS: "Ctrl+click"
