Docker Public Ports

If run application in docker container with routing port not eq listen port, http/ws not availeble.
Sample code:

create docker container and if run docker with eq listen port and outside port, work fine
docker run -p 9001:9001 <container id>

but if start container with diff listen port, http and ws not availeble
docker run -p 9001:9002 <container id>
