Stream events through HTTP page

I've made a server to send messages, broadcasts, create topics and stuffs... but only using WS. Recently i saw this Wikimedia website streaming events directly trough my brower:

https://stream.wikimedia.org/v2/stream/recentchange

Is is possible to do with uWebSocket? Does anybody already made it?
