Dynamic routes

Thanks for the work done.
I try to do a webserver that can modify the routes without stopping. Is it possible to add dynamic routes (from another thread via app.get... or inside the loop with a particular event)?

Loop::defer is your friend. You can pass nullptr as callback to remove a handler.
