The explicit notice is, if you look in source files at the top it says something like
So it just means that the default license is the TOS of Github (minimal license to view files) but the explicit mention of Apache License means it is also licensed under Apache License. The overall implication is:
Basically, do not mimic this repo with non-verbatim copies, but otherwise, do whatever you want. |
