Update RefactoringMiner.jar to the latest version

Since RefactoringMiner (https://github.com/tsantalis/RefactoringMiner/) has undertaken several important bugfix and updates (like replacing checkout with objectloader, speeding up x 10), could the depending RefactoringMiner.jar be updated to the latest version?

Not straight away. I've added a few changes to RefactoringMiner (tsantalis/RefactoringMiner#41) that are not merged into the original repository. If you want to use the most recent version, you should reapply these changes to the RefactoringMiner code and then create the jar.
