Group entities to Services by container

For better overview, add device (service) unique information for each entity bound to the docker service so that the entities get grouped accordingly.

Made an attempt in https://github.com/dala318/monitor_docker/tree/device_grouping.
But seem to be blocked from completing due to that integration is configured via configuration.yaml, #173

On the config_flow branch it now seem to work, but need #174 to be completed and properly tested before it can be included in a release.

it seems these three issues are loosely related - one already has a pending PR:

As I wrote in first entry above, grouping entities to "devices" requires the integration to be configured via config_flow (GUI) and not configuration.yaml (which still seem to be the case on the master branch)
