Server version validation #20
Description
Server version is currently pre-set based on the bazelbsp.serverVersion setting, which is fine for ensuring the right version gets installed but doesn't keep it up to date over time. Build out additional logic to ensure the existing installed version is kept up to date over time as this version changes.
