Add TN module functionality, as well as TN-Net

Hello, I am fortunate to have come across your suggestion. After reading the paper, I would like to try incorporating the TN module into EfficientPhys. Unfortunately, the code provided is based on the Keras module. When integrating it into EfficientPhys, how should the relationship between the TN module and the TSM module be balanced?

Perahps @McJackTang can answer, I'm still not familiar with the TN module (yet) and will have to take a look at this later.
