CI: fix failing `Diamond Storage Check`

Check this CI run which fails with the The artifact name feat-985.packages_contracts_src_dollar_libraries_LibStaking.sol-LibStaking.json is not valid error which should be fixed.

We're using our own instance of https://github.com/ubiquity/foundry-storage-check that also supports checking storage updates in a diamond upgradeability pattern.

One of the possible solutions could be to merge latest changes from https://github.com/Rubilmax/foundry-storage-check to https://github.com/ubiquity/foundry-storage-check and check if the error is gone.
